I started my mental health and addictions career almost a decade ago, where I have been supporting individuals in understanding and working through their substance use, addictions, and mental health concerns. Realizing how passionate I was about helping people in their struggle, I settled down into counselling. I graduated from Vancouver College of Counselling Training in 2016 and opened a private practice in Abbotsford. Wanting to work in the community where I grew up and where I am now raising my family, I am now in Mission. I have supported individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, boundaries, relationships, life transitions, and many other issues in the last six years. My approach is rooted in a Solution-focused therapy while working collaboratively and holistically with each client, meeting each one where they are on their journey. When meeting with me, you can expect genuineness, empathy, and often laughter in a safe, comfortable, and
non-judgmental space where you can share your stories and explore solutions to the struggles you are facing.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
